Warm Up 2026 Returns to MoMA PS1

MoMA PS1’s signature Warm Up outdoor music series is taking place from July 24 through August 28, 2026, bringing live performances and DJ sets to the museum’s courtyard in Long Island City, Queens. The 2026 edition features 26 artists and collectives across six Friday evenings.

The 2026 season is part of MoMA PS1’s 50th anniversary programming and continues the series’ long-running focus on experimental, electronic and emerging music. Warm Up has been presented since 1998.

2026 Warm Up Lineup

The series features artists working across dub, techno, gabber, house, hyperpop, avant-garde improvisation and sound art.

The lineup includes Carlos Souffront, Lloyd “Bullwackie” Barnes, Mark Ernestus, Claudette “Lovejoy” Brown, BAE BAE, Crystallmess, Gabber Eleganza, Cortisa Star, SCRAAATCH, BADSISTA, TOCCORORO, Toxe, Marcellus Pittman, DJ Anderson do Paraíso, Mabe Fratti, Dopplereffekt, RHR, Purelink, TDJ, De Schuurman, keiyaA and DJ WORKING CLASS, among others.

Six Friday Evenings

The 2026 series is scheduled across six dates:

  • July 24: Carlos Souffront; Wackies Showcase with Lloyd “Bullwackie” Barnes & Mark Ernestus featuring Claudette “Lovejoy” Brown; TELESONIQ; DJ Richard

  • July 31: BAE BAE b2b Crystallmess; Gabber Eleganza; Cortisa Star; SCRAAATCH

  • August 7: BADSISTA; TOCCORORO; Toxe; nguyendowsXP

  • August 14: Marcellus Pittman; DJ Anderson do Paraíso; Mabe Fratti; Lary 7

  • August 21: Dopplereffekt; RHR; Purelink; Eev Frances

  • August 28: TDJ; De Schuurman; keiyaA; DJ WORKING CLASS

Part of MoMA PS1’s 50th Anniversary

Warm Up 2026 forms part of MoMA PS1’s broader 50th anniversary programming. The museum has described the series as one of its signature programs and one of the longest-running music series housed within a museum.

The program continues Warm Up’s tradition of providing a platform for emerging and established artists from New York and around the world while highlighting experimental and underrepresented musical scenes.
