How can we help?
Updated August 19, 2026
FlyAllOver is a flight comparison and booking platform that helps travelers search fares, compare options, and complete bookings with participating airlines and travel suppliers. Airlines (and, where applicable, other ticket issuers) issue tickets and remain responsible for flight operations, schedules, boarding, baggage handling, and their own contract of carriage. This FAQ is general information only and is not a contract or legal advice. If an answer conflicts with an applicable legal agreement, the Customer Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, airline rules, or fare conditions control.
About FlyAllOver
FlyAllOver is an online flight comparison and booking platform. Travelers can search routes, compare fares and cabin options, and book flights through FlyAllOver using participating airlines and travel suppliers.
No. FlyAllOver provides search, comparison, booking, payment facilitation, and customer support technology. The operating airline (or other ticket issuer) performs the flight and issues the ticket under its own rules and contract of carriage.
Your ticket is issued by the airline or authorized ticket issuer shown in your booking confirmation. That issuer is responsible for validating the ticket, managing flight inventory, and applying its fare rules.
You can search domestic and international routes served by participating airlines connected to the platform. Availability depends on airline schedules, fare inventory, and route coverage at the time you search.
FlyAllOver is a technology and booking platform for comparing and purchasing flights. It is not the operating carrier. Legal roles for each booking are described in the Customer Terms of Use and on your confirmation.
FlyAllOver has a New York office at 99 Madison Ave Suite 5022, New York NY 10016, and a New Jersey office at 100 Matawan Rd Suite 326, Matawan NJ 07747. You can reach us at info@flyallover.com or +1 888-666-8545, and learn more at www.flyallover.com.
Searching & Booking
Enter your origin, destination, travel dates, cabin preference, and passenger count. FlyAllOver returns available itineraries with prices and key fare details so you can compare options before booking.
You can browse many searches without an account. Creating an account helps you save trip details, manage bookings, receive updates, and contact support more quickly. Account holders must be at least 18 years old.
Yes, if you are authorized to do so. Enter each traveler’s name exactly as it appears on their government-issued travel ID, share the itinerary and fare rules with them, and remain responsible for payment and accurate booking information.
No. Fares and seats are subject to airline inventory and may change until your booking is confirmed and ticketed. Complete checkout promptly and review the confirmation for the final itinerary and ticket numbers.
Provide legal names, dates of birth when required, contact email and phone, frequent-flyer numbers if you want them applied, and any known special-service needs. Incorrect names can cause check-in or boarding issues.
Your confirmation typically includes airline and flight numbers, dates and times, airports, passenger names, fare class or cabin, payment summary, and booking or ticket references. Keep it available for check-in and airport questions.
Yes, when the search tools support those itinerary types. Compare total price, connection times, and change rules carefully—especially on mixed-cabin or multi-airline journeys.
Prices & Payments
Search results show the total or base fare as disclosed on the results and checkout pages, including applicable taxes and fees when itemized. Always review the full price breakdown before you pay.
Airline inventory and fare availability can update in real time. A fare may expire, sell out, or change before ticketing. If a price changes, the Platform will show the updated amount for your review before you confirm payment.
Accepted methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and other enabled payment options. You must use a valid payment method you are authorized to use.
FlyAllOver and its payment processors facilitate payment for platform bookings. You may see an authorization before the final charge. Card details are handled by payment processors; FlyAllOver may receive a token or limited payment record rather than a full card number.
It depends on the airline and fare rules. Some fares include a personal item only; others include carry-on or checked bags, seat assignment, or flexibility. Review inclusions on the fare details page before booking.
Yes. After a successful booking you should receive a confirmation and payment receipt by email. You can also request copies from info@flyallover.com using your booking reference.
When a refund is approved under the applicable fare rules or airline policy, it is generally returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by law. Your bank or card issuer controls processing time.
Changes & Cancellations
It depends on the airline fare rules attached to your ticket. Some fares are non-refundable or charge change fees; others allow free changes within stated limits. Review the rules on your confirmation before requesting a change.
Use the booking management tools in your account when available, or email info@flyallover.com with your booking reference, passenger names, and the change you need. We will coordinate according to the airline’s rules.
Schedule changes, delays, and cancellations are controlled by the operating airline. Follow airline notifications for rebooking options, and contact info@flyallover.com if you need help reviewing alternatives shown for your ticket.
Not automatically. Remedies for delay or cancellation depend on airline policy, fare rules, and applicable passenger-rights laws. Keep your boarding pass and disruption notices if you plan to request assistance.
If you miss a flight without canceling under the allowed process, the airline may treat the ticket as a no-show. Remaining segments can be canceled and refund value may be reduced or forfeited under the fare rules.
Most airline tickets cannot be freely transferred or renamed. Minor spelling corrections may be possible within airline limits and fees. Contact info@flyallover.com as soon as you notice an error.
Processing time depends on the airline, fare type, and payment method. You will receive an update when the change or refund status is confirmed. Card refunds may take additional bank processing days.
Baggage & Travel Tips
Baggage allowances vary by airline, route, cabin, and fare brand. Check the allowance on your fare details and confirmation, including piece or weight limits and any prepaid bag options.
Often yes, through the airline or booking management tools before check-in. Prepaid bags are usually cheaper than airport counter rates. Deadlines and prices are set by the airline.
Sports equipment, musical instruments, mobility devices, and other special items may require advance notice, fees, or size limits. Contact the airline and info@flyallover.com early if you need accommodations.
As a general guide, arrive earlier for international or peak-period travel and follow your airline’s check-in and bag-drop cutoff times. Build buffer for security, immigration, and terminal transfers.
International travel usually requires a valid passport and may require a visa, transit authorization, or other entry documents. Travelers are responsible for meeting destination and transit requirements.
Seat selection depends on the airline and fare. Some fares include advance seat assignment; others offer paid selection or assign seats at check-in. Options appear during booking or in post-booking management when available.
Report the issue to the airline’s baggage service office before leaving the airport whenever possible. Keep your bag tag and booking references, then contact info@flyallover.com if you need help with next steps.
Privacy & Account
Depending on how you use the Platform, information may include account details, traveler names and contact data, booking and itinerary records, payment and transaction records, device and usage data, communications, and support history.
Information reasonably needed to price, ticket, operate, and support your trip may be shared with the airline or ticket issuer and authorized service providers for payment, hosting, communications, fraud prevention, analytics, security, or customer support.
The Privacy Policy states how FlyAllOver handles personal information, including whether it is sold for money or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. Review that policy for notice-and-choice details required by applicable law.
Payment details are handled by payment processors. FlyAllOver may receive a token, transaction record, or limited payment details rather than a complete card number.
Use account settings when available or email info@flyallover.com. Deleting a mobile app alone does not delete your account. Certain records may be retained when required or permitted for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, or dispute purposes.
Use a strong unique password, keep login details private, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly to info@flyallover.com. No system can guarantee absolute security, but FlyAllOver uses reasonable safeguards.
