1. Scope and Time Calculation
1.1 Scope.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to flight and related travel bookings completed through FlyAllOver. It supplements the Customer Terms . The airline’s or other supplier’s fare rules and conditions of carriage govern the ticket itself.
1.2 Cutoff timing.
Deadlines for free cancellation (when offered), change windows, and 24-hour U.S. reservation risk-free cancellation (when applicable) are calculated using the time shown on your confirmation and the Supplier’s rules. Act early; last-minute requests may not be processable before departure.
2. Fare Rules and Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Refund and change outcomes depend on the fare you purchased:

| Fare type (typical) | Cancellation | Changes |
|---|---|---|
| Non-refundable / basic economy | Usually no cash refund; residual value (if any) may be airline credit subject to fees | Often restricted or fee-based; some cabins disallow changes |
| Refundable / flex | Cash refund of the fare portion per airline rules, minus any Supplier fees | Often allowed with lower or no change fees |
| Award / partner tickets | Governed by the loyalty program and ticketing partner | Governed by the loyalty program and ticketing partner |
Your confirmation and the airline’s fare rules control. The table above is illustrative only.
2.1 How to cancel or change.
Use the manage-booking tools on the Platform or contact info@flyallover.com with your booking reference. We submit cancellation or change requests to the Supplier when we ticketed through our channels. Some itineraries must be changed directly with the airline.
2.2 FlyAllOver booking fee.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, FlyAllOver booking or service fees are non-refundable after ticket issuance, even if the airline later issues a fare refund or credit.
3. 24-Hour Cancellation (When Applicable)
3.1 U.S. risk-free cancellation.
For certain U.S.-originating itineraries ticketed by a U.S. airline more than seven days before departure, federal rules may allow cancellation without penalty within 24 hours of booking. Eligibility depends on the airline and itinerary. Ask us promptly if you believe this rule applies.
3.2 Platform offers.
If FlyAllOver or a Supplier offers a separate free-cancellation window at checkout, that offer’s written terms control for the covered amount.
4. No-Shows and Partially Used Tickets
4.1 No-show.
If you miss a flight without canceling under the fare rules, the airline may cancel remaining segments and deny refunds. Notify us and the airline as soon as you know you cannot travel.
4.2 Partial use.
Using only part of an itinerary can reduce or eliminate residual value. Many airlines recalculate fares when segments are skipped. Check rules before changing plans mid-trip.
5. Airline Cancellations, Schedule Changes, and Irregular Operations
5.1 Airline-initiated cancellation.
If the airline cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to rebooking or a refund of the unused ticket portion under the airline’s policy and applicable passenger-rights laws. We will help you pursue available options once we receive notice.
5.2 Significant schedule change.
Material time changes, airport changes, or connection breaks may allow you to accept a new itinerary, request an alternative, or seek a refund under airline rules. Contact us promptly after you receive a schedule-change notice.
5.3 Delays and missed connections.
Operational delays, weather, and missed connections are handled by the operating airline. Compensation or hotel vouchers, if any, come from the airline—not from FlyAllOver—except where we separately agree in writing.
6. Platform or Ticketing Failure
6.1 Failed ticketing.
If payment succeeds but we cannot issue or confirm a ticket due to a Platform or Supplier system failure, we will refund amounts we collected for that booking (including our booking fee for that failed booking) or complete ticketing with your consent at the available fare.
6.2 Duplicate charges.
If you are charged twice for the same confirmed booking, contact info@flyallover.com. We will refund the duplicate after verification.
7. Hotels and Ancillaries
7.1 Related products.
Hotel, seat, bag, or other ancillary cancellations follow the supplier’s rate or product rules shown at purchase. Non-refundable hotel rates and ancillaries are typically not refundable after the supplier’s free-cancel deadline.
8. How Refunds Are Issued
8.1 Original payment method.
Approved cash refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe or the applicable processor. Bank posting times vary (often 5–10 business days after the refund is initiated). Airline travel credits are issued by the airline to the passenger or original form of payment per airline practice.
8.2 Requesting review.
Email info@flyallover.com with your booking reference, traveler names, and a short description of the issue. We may need time to obtain a refund authorization from the airline or Supplier.
8.3 Non-waivable rights.
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law, including certain airline passenger protections.
