Pesaro

Pesaro, on Italy’s Adriatic coast in the Marche region, is a charming seaport city of about 95,000 people and the capital of Pesaro-Urbino province . Known as the “City of Music”—birthplace of composer Gioachino Rossini—it was also named a UNESCO Creative City of Music in 2017 and Italy’s Cultural Capital in 2024 . With a reputation as Italy’s “Cycling City”, it offers excellent bike paths and a beach resort atmosphere complemented by Renaissance squares, palaces, and coastal beauty
