Lobamba is the traditional and legislative capital of Eswatini, situated in the Ezulwini (“Valley of Heaven”) in the Hhohho Region—about 11 mi (18 km) south of Mbabane and at nearly the country's geographic center .
It hosts the Parliament, the Queen Mother’s Royal Village (Ludzidzini), the National Museum, and Somhlolo National Stadium—making it the cultural and political heart of the kingdom .
