Al Daayen

Al Daayen is one of Qatar’s newest and fastest-growing municipalities, officially established in 2014. Situated north of Doha and south of Al Khor, it serves as a strategic link to the coastal region. Today it blends urban development with family-friendly beaches, parks, and cultural areas.

UNESCO recognized Al Daayen in 2022 by admitting it to the Global Network of Learning Cities, reinforcing its commitment to lifelong education and sustainable urban development
