Umm Salal

Umm Salal is a municipality in northern Qatar, just about 25 km north of Doha. Though largely suburban and agricultural, it combines historical charm with modern urban development. Its main towns are Umm Salal Mohammed and Umm Salal Ali, each offering its own cultural highlights.
