FlyAllOver.com does not act as a principal in the sale of travel services but instead operates as a platform that facilitates arrangements with third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, rail services, car rental companies, tour operators, travel assistance service providers, insurance providers, and activity suppliers (collectively referred to as "Travel Suppliers"). These providers deliver the actual travel-related services, referred to as "Service Elements," which may include, without limitation, air transportation, lodging, car rental, and other travel experiences.
By using FlyAllOver.com, you acknowledge that the rates shown on our website are the result of negotiated agreements between FlyAllOver.com and Travel Suppliers. These rates may include fees retained by FlyAllOver.com and its affiliates for the services provided, applicable taxes, and other related charges. By booking through our platform, you authorize FlyAllOver.com and its affiliates to enter into reservations or contractual agreements with Travel Suppliers on your behalf, covering the total displayed price, which includes all such charges.
FlyAllOver.com is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or failures on the part of Travel Suppliers. This includes, but is not limited to, disruptions or issues caused by airlines, hotels, cruise operators, railroads, car rental agencies, tour providers, activity suppliers, traveler assistance services, and insurance companies. While we aim to work with reputable Travel Suppliers, FlyAllOver.com does not guarantee, endorse, or insure any products or services provided by these external entities. Nor are we liable for the financial condition of these suppliers or for any reimbursement in the event of supplier default. If a Travel Supplier fails to deliver a service after payment has been made, your sole recourse for a refund lies with the supplier in question, through any applicable insurance coverage, or via any other responsible third party—unless such loss was directly caused by FlyAllOver.com.
Except where explicitly stated, FlyAllOver.com accepts no liability for events outside of its control, including but not limited to: errors or omissions by Travel Suppliers; accidents, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel; delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, re-routings, strikes, weather disruptions, or governmental actions. We also do not take responsibility for the accuracy of descriptions or images related to travel products and services that are displayed on our website and provided by third-party Travel Suppliers.
FlyAllOver.com provides a value-added service to consumers and travel agents. However, we have no control over and assume no liability for the actions or inactions of the Travel Suppliers with whom we work.
FlyAllOver.com is not responsible for currency exchange rates or final conversion values when payments are made for international travel bookings. Currency rates fluctuate, and any quote shown in local currency on our platform should be considered a guideline only.
Please note that once certain reservations are confirmed and paid for, they may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties. Tickets issued may carry restrictions, and prices printed on tickets may differ (higher or lower) from the fare collected, depending on fare types such as bulk fares (BT).
Discounts shown on FlyAllOver.com may vary based on various factors, including the airline, travel class, destination, seasonality, advance booking period, and stay requirements.
We do not guarantee or endorse any third-party advertisements or promotions that may appear on our website.
By booking through FlyAllOver.com, you may be entering into a separate contract with a Travel Supplier. Each such contract is subject to additional terms and conditions established by the respective Travel Supplier. You agree to comply with all such terms, including payment terms and adherence to rules regarding fare availability and service use. Travel Suppliers may also require credit card or cash deposits upon check-in to cover incidentals, which are not related to the payment made through FlyAllOver.com. Any breach of these rules may result in penalties including cancellation of your reservation, denial of service, forfeiture of payment, or other charges for which you may be held responsible.
