BOOKING PROCESS

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Service Element" refers to an individual product or service available on our website that can be booked independently, such as flights, hotels, or car rentals.

• "Travel Supplier" refers to third-party providers of Service Elements, including airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. Flyallover acts as an intermediary and does not operate as a principal provider of travel services.

• "Booking" refers to the process initiated by you when selecting and purchasing a Service Element via our website, leading to a contractual agreement with the Travel Supplier upon full payment and confirmation.

Booking Procedure

To complete a Booking through Flyallover:

• When Service Elements are displayed on our website, it constitutes an invitation for you to make an offer.

• You formally place an offer when you click "Book" on the payment page.

• Your offer is subject to acceptance by Flyallover on behalf of the respective Travel Supplier.

• Upon receiving your request, Flyallover will confirm availability and process the Booking.

• A contract between you and the Travel Supplier is established once full payment is received and a confirmation email (including ticket numbers for flights or reservation numbers for hotels and car rentals) is issued.

• Until the Booking is confirmed, pricing, availability, and travel details are subject to change.

• Any modifications or cancellations after Booking completion are subject to Flyallover’s discretion and these Terms & Conditions.

Travel Documentation & Responsibility

• All travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification at airports, hotels, and rental locations.

• For international travel, a valid passport is required. Some destinations may impose additional visa or health-related entry requirements.

• It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with passport and visa regulations. Flyallover is not liable for denied boarding, deportation, or any travel disruptions due to documentation issues.

• Government-imposed entry or exit fees are separate from the Booking charges and remain the traveler's responsibility.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

• The total price displayed includes applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified.

• Additional charges, such as baggage fees, seat selection, hotel incidentals, and rental car surcharges, may apply and must be settled directly with the Travel Supplier.

• Payment must be made in full via a valid credit or debit card at the time of Booking.

• Flyallover reserves the right to verify credit card details and decline transactions if verification fails.

• Prices and terms are subject to change based on availability, fare rules, and Travel Supplier policies.

General Conditions

• Each Service Element in your Booking is provided by an independent Travel Supplier, and their terms of service apply.

• Frequent flyer points and loyalty rewards may or may not be applicable—please verify directly with the relevant Travel Supplier.

• Bookings are non-transferable, and name or destination changes are generally not permitted.

• The liability of airlines regarding loss, damage, or delays is governed by international treaties such as the Warsaw Convention.

• In cases of pricing errors, Flyallover reserves the right to cancel the Booking or adjust the fare with prior notice to you.

By using Flyallover, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Flyallover reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on our website.
