ADVICE TO INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS

Advice to International Passengers

Passengers whose travel includes a destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure are advised that their journey may be subject to international treaties that govern the airline’s liability and passenger responsibilities. These treaties may include, but are not limited to, requirements related to travel documentation such as visas.

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure compliance with all entry, exit, and visa requirements of the countries they are traveling to or transiting through. Passengers are encouraged to review all applicable requirements prior to travel and may choose to obtain additional travel insurance at their discretion.

Flyallover may, but is not obligated to, assist in obtaining required travel documents or travel insurance. Flyallover shall not be held liable for any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or failure by the passenger to comply with relevant legal or documentation requirements.
